A pact is two founders and two commitments. A circle is five to eight launching in the same window, each committed to every other — which is why people show up.
Six founders produce 30 commitments, not two. Ghosting a pact disappoints one person. Ghosting a circle burns every relationship in it at once, in front of everyone, against a public trust score.
